Sooo. Agent Rojas. Cut the cute fluff. What's being done about the investigation of the murder of Sunny Sheu? The NYPD involvement in disposing of the body? The Queens DA's office involvement in carrying out the murder? The judge who ordered the hit in this case? We want answers. We are not going away. We are legion. Expect us.
When I saw the title "Busts the Nations Biggest Bad Guys" I thought "Wow, finally an agent who went after members of the Federal Government!" I should have know better.
She arrested me bout 3 years ago...she kept me 2 days in jail..lol i didnt know she was fbi 7 i flirted her...so she cuffed me & tool me to jail for touchin' her ass..F her
Hello Rojas, nice work there. I'm an undercover agent out of San Diego, named Chase Worthington. I require support for a celebrity protection unit, and I'de like you to help to attain a federal fund for this reason for us. Please also tell Hillary I said Hello, I might see her before you do though.
Rachel Rojas is partially responsible for the murder of Sunny Sheu. He was kidnapped by two rogue cops and threatened. Sheu appeals to Rojas for protection and was ignored. He was subsequently murdered. Are you working on the case now Rojas?
Why are there not arrests for the Linda Green scandle (meaning all the forged docs and wrongful foreclosures. US people have it recoored, its black and white. 4 years for one case that the guy lived to pass his info onto others. He will be out in 10! He should be dead, aside from the Million Dollars in salary alone! I love America, but stones and bricks don't cost that much!!!
Yeah, and because she ignored Sunny Sheu, he got murdered. Way to go supercop, wasting time with shitty girl power magazines instead of doing your job. Sunny Sheu is the real hero, you're just a bimbo with a badge.
@WanderLink This is typical of ANY law enforcement any more. Its so obvious propaganda. While those with REAL courage stand up to the corruption and end up dead those tasked with protecting them go about publicly embellishing their accomplishments patting themselves and each other on the back while justice dies on the vine. You go Rachel. Keep proving how pathetic and lopsided our system has become.
I want to be an FBI agent after college...and I know that the job is not as depicted as you see in fictional movies and television. I read about Rachel Rojas in the October 2010 issue. I never tell people I want to be an agent unless I know them well.
I imagine that you want to be an FBI agent in order to help people and to protect our nation. Before you sign up, you must research what the FBI has become, and whose interests they are really protecting. Agent Rojas, is helping cover up a murder of a brilliant and brave citizen who blew the whistle on a corrupt judge.
If only agents like Rojas had as much character and courage as Sunny Sheu, the USA would be a far better place.
Sunny Sheu was an heroic whistleblower against government corruption. As a result of this, he was kidnapped and threatened with death by government officials. He begged Agent Rojas to investigate the kidnapping and threats and to give him witness protection, but she refused. After he was found bludgeoned to death in Queens, New York, Rojas refused to investigate his death, or even to accept evidence and information about his murder.
Following is the letter Mr. Shue wrote to Agent Rojas:
4) On April 9, 2010, I was informed by the Director of the Ethics Commission, Janice Howard, that Judge Golia had amended (corrected)
his Financial Disclosure Forms as a result of my complaint- FOUR MONTHS AFTER I reported his misrepresentations. 5) The fact that Golia amended his Financial Disclosure Statements, PROVES that there were misrepresentations on the original statements.
11) In your letter today, you indicated that I should “be careful”.
I believe that my life is in grave danger, and that having been
threatened by a judge with such extraordinary influence over law enforcement and judiciary agencies and who has already threatened my life requires more than simply “being careful”.
Agent Rojas may have accomplished some notable things, but to the citizens who are fighting corruption in New York State government, she has been criminally negligent and or criminally complicit with the "bad guys". A corrupt Federal agent is about the least glamourous and most evil things one can be.
Rojas is certainly complicit in the coverup of the murder of Mr Sunny Sheu, who begged her for protection after receiving death threats from detectives of the Queens District attorney's office.
Mr. Sheu wrote the letter to Rojas and met with her personally begging for her to investigate the threats against him.
She did absolutely nothing.
He made a video predicting his own murder and posted it on youtube. (Search "sunny sheu" on youtube)
Two months later he was found bludgeoned to death on a deserted street, his cell phone and wallet still in his pocket. Agent Rojas said she would retrieve the cell phone and would investigate.
Over the past eight months, Rojas has never retrieved the cell phone and never investigated. She has also refused to accept phone calls with crucial evidence about the murder from several of Mr. Sheu's close friends.
Even though the Medical Examiner has labeled Mr. Sheu's death "undetermined", there has not been ANY investigation onto his murder. The police and the DA's office have both flatly contradicted the ME's recorded statements, and the FBI has no interest.
Even before his murder, Mr. Sheu's battle with government corruption was newsworthy enough to be written up in the prestigious "Blackstar News", the same aper that exposed the Bernard Keric scandal. That article can be found at blackstarnews(dot)com.
It is the absolute jurisdiction of the FBI to investigate and prosecute crimes committed "under color of law" by state law enforcement.
If Ms. Rojas ever was on the side of the people she has since sold her soul to the devil.

Hi Rachel, I want to be sure that you understand the following:
1) On January 14, 2009, Judge Golia sent two NYPD detectives from the
Queens DA bureau to kidnap me (under NYS law), intimidate me and
threaten that if I filed a complaint against Golia, I would be in
serious danger. The incident was confirned by the Queens DA and
reported in the "Black Star News" in July, 2009. My published
allegations of kidnapping and threats have never been denied by Golia or the Queens DA.
Ilovelawyers 1 year ago
2) Despite these threats, I filed a complaint with the NYS Ethics
Commission of the NY Unified Court System, alleging that Judge Golia had made substantial misrepresentations on his Financial Disclosure
Forms over seven years of reporting. 3) As a result of my allegations, the Ethics Commission sent Judge
Golia a “Notice of Cure” regarding his Financial Forms, which is a
demand for correction.
Ilovelawyers 1 year ago
4) On April 9, 2010, I was informed by the Director of the Ethics Commission, Janice Howard, that Judge Golia had amended (corrected)
his Financial Disclosure Forms as a result of my complaint- FOUR MONTHS AFTER I reported his misrepresentations. 5) The fact that Golia amended his Financial Disclosure Statements, PROVES that there were misrepresentations on the original statements.
Otherwise he would not have amended them.
Ilovelawyers 1 year ago
> 5) The fact that Golia amended his Financial Disclosure Statements,
> PROVES that there were misrepresentations on the original statements.
> Otherwise he would not have amended them.
Ilovelawyers 1 year ago
6) Making misrepresentations on a Financial Disclosure form is itself a
felony. 7) I believe that Golia made at least TWELVE substantial, deliberate misrepresentations on his Financial Disclosure Statements over seven
years. That is TWELVE counts of felony, for which Golia could serve a long time in jail.
Ilovelawyers 1 year ago
8) Furthermore, Golia is not merely guilty of misrepresentation. The
misrepresentations on the Financial forms strongly indicate that Golia
and his family may be involved in widespread Mortgage Fraud, Money
Laundering, and other organized criminal activities.
Ilovelawyers 1 year ago
9) I assume Golia does not want to go to jail, and he has already threatened me with retaliation if I brought his crimes to the
attention of the authorities, which I have done.
Ilovelawyers 1 year ago
10) I have no reason to believe that Golia will not be true to his
word, and that he will try by any means to prevent me from pursuing
this matter and testifying against him.
Ilovelawyers 1 year ago
11) In your letter today, you indicated that I should “be careful”.
I believe that my life is in grave danger, and that having been
threatened by a judge with such extraordinary influence over law enforcement and judiciary agencies and who has already threatened my life requires more than simply “being careful”.
Ilovelawyers 1 year ago
12) Therefore, I am officially requesting a witness protection protocol
to ensure my personal safety until and while this matter is being
prosecuted.
Please respond immediately, and let me know what the FBI will do to
assure my protection and safety under your witness protection program.
Thank you.
