  • awesome...I want it in my car!!! will it fit into a Ford???

  • what mpg has this gas guzzler'?

  • sounds like its missing on a cylinder

  • I'm not sure if this engine has not been over-modernised. If you lose the carbs then you've definitely got a different engine on your hands.

  • He talks like Apu Nahasapeemapetilon...

  • God save the good old "Weber" carburettors!!!

  • Sounds like v10)

  • sounds beautiful

  • fuck those tuned exhaust on the modern lamborghini and ferrari engines... this shit is what it should sound like!! i love that gurgly growling sound :D

  • I love that smile at 4:26! That's the feeling of sheer pleasure... It fired first time!!!

Great rebuild, great explanation of the mods and what an engine. Now lets see it in the car...

  • it begins at 3:50

  • Great vídeo and great job!

  • Great music !!!

    but unfortunately .... pufffff.....

  • this is an example of true love for mechanics, such attention to detail, so much work and a perfect result

  • Beautiful old engine. It looks like you did a great job on it. Are there plans to fix the wrecked car or will you put it in another. I would put it in my living room and just crank it up from time to time. *LOL*

  • Nice sounding engine. Success! Congratulations.

  • This engine is from the 350GT, right?

  • @ElRepy Espada

  • Clever italiano

  • GREAT STUFF! Thanks for the video!

  • Fantastisk lyd! :D

  • Ha I new it was not running on all 12

  • @PITBULL35383

you the champion pitbull, original name too!

  • This is what most others, especially Ferrari in those days did not achieve:

Put a MontBlanc Pen upright on the bonnet, start the V12, REV IT UP TO MAX from idle and let it drop again to idle and still have a still standing pen on the bonnet.

Mr. Lamborghini himself showed that on his own V12 Lambo back when he still lived.

  • loved it

  • what did it come out of? How much hp would it make

  • 7:50 is the best moment... :D

  • Uhuuu, alucinei; viram o sorriso dele nq primeira acelerada? Montei um opala 6 bocas e também fiquei feliz na primeira acelerada. Uhuuu....

  • he looks like mike portnoy :D

  • To skip the boring blabbering and hear the music, click here: 3:42

  • looks like an engine from the 1970's.

  • quiciera uno de esos

  • Man Damn .... i came ...

  • Sounds more like a V8 . *_*

  • @unclewilly2 Your mom sounds like a V8

  • @liamhihilow Thank you .. ^^

  • please post a new video of the build

  • Chyba nie chodzi na wszystkich

  • you already started her just before you made the video....

  • About 4 litres just to start her up,another 8 litres to rev her...

  • that is pretty awesome

  • TOTAL EAR-GASM

  • I watched the entire vid and was sad to see it end. I guessed it was a fault in carbs. Watched the second vid too. I like the seperate sound over the 12/1. Whats the rev limit on this motor? looks like you never got over 3200 in vid 2. Great upgrades but keep the carbs, You can gain power with injection but you lose that sweet classic look. Highest regard to you Sir.

  • Everything else is nice, but please don't tell you are actually thought using those particular tubeheaders :( Desing of those is absolutely terrible. I am shaking in agony!

  • 3:50 just saved you a lot of time :)

  • thats a serious setup sir

  • o som desse motor é o som mais lindo que eu ja ouvi

  • You deserve praise for your work and the end product-what a SOUND!

  • how much hp?

  • @pafa92 this is no dyno-test (yet ), but my quess is somewhere between 350 and 400 HP (DIN )

  • SHIFT

  • mucho hablar .... lindo sonido del motor ,pero tiene una falla ...!!!

  • Very nice job!!!

  • Awesome. Seemed to be burning a bit of oil on the overrun. Common enough when the rings need to bed in . But that seems a bit too much

  • @Magicman54321 Most comon on first start ups since pistons and valves are covered in oil. Also smoke caused by 2 of the cylinders not being "active" due to unnoticed loose carb link...so they a pumping out oil due to vacuum in the cylinders. Have a look at part 2, no oil, however it is usual for engines from this period to emite some oilfumes when engine-braking mostly as they did not have seals in the valvestems

  • that is one happy man :D i don't blame him, i'd be fuckin jumpin off the walls if i had that engine too

  • sounds like a tractor

  • @JVL8701 Well Lamborghini started out making tractors lol

  • NOW THAT A SOUND YAY !!!! <3

  • Watched this 2 years back, how is it comming along? Is the engine back in the car, and what sort of shape is the body in?

  • @AKhellbindeR Have a look at the related website espadatechsite com

  • Thanks for posting. Really nice work!

  • congratulations! very nice work! well done! :)

  • I like your work! Congrats!

  • А что же так долго заводился ? -Хлам старый и больной-

  • Engines don't just start right up after being rebuilt.

This video feels like it was filmed after a few long nights of tinkering after the initial rebuild.

  • @kctheblast12 : nope...but carbs were primed and ready to go, oil-pressure pre-lubed with pump, ignition unfailable computer set electronics.....only mishap was the missing carb arm-connection. And if the engine should explode...then for sure the video would have been a hit ! And I knew that no internals would hit ( valves to pistons etc. as the crank had been turned over several times without fuel and ignition.

  • @kctheblast12 yeah they can. The 500 in the caddillac on my channel was switched out for a new one that ended up needing a few things done to it before it could be run again. After being rebuilt and put in the car, we did a few checks and fired it up. It runs perfectly, but the throttle linkage needs to be fixed so that we have more control with the pedal. My point is, that if you make sure everything is done correctly and and check it a couple times, you shouldn't have any problems starting

  • @kctheblast12 if we had an engine stand, and started up on that, it would have been almost the exact same video as this, without the V12 of course though. All we really needed to do was just set the timing.

  • @kctheblast12 seriously man, look at his face

  • its so so powerful wish i could fit it on my car...

  • sounds like a mustang with a lamborghini badge on it !

  • @boxajr deaf?

  • God that's sexy. I'd love to put that in a old school muscle car or truck

  • lol this sounds like a american v8 :)))

  • @iulian80xmusic Nothing wrong with that.

American and Australian V8's sound better than Euro exotics.

    Pantera anyone...

  • nice work !!!

  • Great job, loved it....

  • he need to set the idling properly but everything was fine

  • @guwapo90 : no, what was neede was to re-attach the connecting rod to one of the carbs....

  • he need to set the idling properly

  • fantastic.thank you for this. and what a gorgeous sound.and what workmanship.amazing

  • Dude - just charge admission to see that thing - you be rich :)

  • if u want to wet yrself put curved ram pipes on the webbers, if u 've seen "c'etait une tendez vous" u'll get that sound. I expect a bottle of wine for this tip

  • the cameraman needs to go to school on how to make a good video shooting, man.

  • AMAZING¡¡

  • i thought that was jesus touching the engine when i clicked on the pic of the video

  • Wow!

  • wow amazing work. A+++++

  • this is just pure dirty sex

  • Is that the car I see in the background? Yellow with the hood missing?

  • This is a man who knows exactly how to rev an engine, steady, slow and easy on, easy off. Not this zip zip zip zip B.S. you see so many twenty-somethings and thirty-somethings doing in their videos.

  • THIS ENGINE IS NOT BEAUTIFULLL IS HALL MODIFIED AND NOT YELLOW

  • Fantastic. Sounds like a small Merlin which in a way it is I guess :-)

  • Australia is the hottest, driest chunk of dirt............. we know about keeping hot engines cool

  • starting carburators in fronto of your face not good idea...

  • Is the electronic water pump off a McLaren F1 road car or a McLaren Formula 1 racer?

  • @ROCKSOLID19 : Hi there, the manufacturer of this pump ( also used by Ferrari in their sportscar racers) is Davies Graig; Australia

  • @ROCKSOLID19 it the same car,different engine.

  • @Cornflake301 It is not the same car, the technology and understanding from the F1 car has been passed down through the genius minds of Gordon Murray and Ron Dennis and of course many people outside McLaren right into the road cars. What you see in your car, motorcycle, motorboat, aircraft and whatever has been used, innovated and improved through motorsport. It is the beautiful innovator, like war is but that is ugly and an unfortunate, tragic fact.

  • @ROCKSOLID19 a davies craig pump , same type as mclaren used

  • god i thought tuning 2 carbs was annoying! have fun tuning 12! ITBs are great though, not so much for daily driving

  • ok,sorry

  • заебал над движком издеваться

  • @AlexCore666stigm : "zaebal on engine tease" ???

  • white man knows his engines through the back of the head...

6 niggers hated this video.. may they rot in hell..

  • @lowsperm81 Talking about black people, I am from the UK and on the top right corner of the screen is a advert/commercial from Hugo Boss showing that they have been a sponsor of McLaren Formula 1 team for 30 years and it shows Lewis Hamilton! Not all blacks understand engines but when it comes to sport, keep the racism out of it please. Thanks. All sports are impartial to skin colour, culture, race and gender.

  • Dear God, what a sound. I managed to use a very large hi-fi, turned the volume up and when you revved it, one of my windows cracked and the cat is nowhere to be found. :)

  • @alxcsb ha ha then try to listen to part 2 !!!

  • @ohmegut I did, but I turned the volume down a bit, I do need my windows. :) The cat I don't need, it's my girlfriend's, good riddance. :D Amazing job anyway, nice to see people still care for the classics.

  • @ohmegut i blew an old set of speakers. but this is how i planned it. breaking in the new sets. neighbours are complaining lol. theyll get over it

  • @alxcsb I can relate too, I have a Yamaha hi fidelity surround sound and I loved it.

  • Really cool video. I love seeing videos of engine work, and you're doing a classic here - awesome!

  • Perhaps ironically, it sounds like a tractor engine.

  • why is the reporter a homeless dude?

  • why is the reporter a homeless dude?

  • thats going into my car

  • kinda sounds like my bros mustang o.O

  • dam those machines are beast

  • Now thats a toy compaired to the Climax V12 !!

  • 4 people have bmw´s

  • Una verdadera obra maestra!! Se ve bellísimo y suena bellísimo!!! Felicitaciones por semejante trabajo!!

  • My friend told me that the only problem he ever had with his 88 was cooling the motor for some reasond at low speeds like idling in town or driving slow

  • sounds lean on a couple of cylinders. I hope you got that adjusted out.

  • @pushinold : actually it was one Webber's speeder linkage that had jumped off...if you listen to the 2nd video, everything is running like a clockwork

  • electric waterpump....just more shit to go wrong.... glad that isnt mine. i lost an engine when my electric pump failed when the fuse blew. mechanical pumps dont have enough drag to warrant the replacement with electric. the oil primer is a great idea though. great job on the engine. sounds sweet!

  • @origionalwinja :wrong, mech pumps need a drivebelt which can fail without telling you, the electric one will warn if there is any malfunction. If your fuse blew, it was either too small or others users using same fuse. Furthermore, in the case of these lambo engines, the pump is driven directly by a camshaft ( no belt !) but if the simple waterseal fails....the presurized water blows into the engine....that's very bad !

  • @ohmegut that will literally break your pistons, crank shaft, head, ect....

one thing metal cant bust up under a combustion engine.... water.. XD

  • electric waterpump....just more shit to go wrong.... glad that isnt mine. i lost an engine when my electric pump failed when the fuse blew. mechanical pumps dont have enough drag to warrant the replacement with electric.

  • my ass. boner!

  • OMG that sound it's wonderfull!!!!

  • screw ear muffs. if i was going to go deaf I wouldn't mind this being the last thing I hear.

great engine man. keep up the good work.

  • Great !

  • LAMBORGHINI NOT LAMBORDŻINI

  • @kucha22 : got it !

  • Lamborghini over Ferrari any day.. -TX

  • What a brilliant setup! Filled with innovative solutions, especially the clear pipes with a red ribbon, to see if the water flows alright. Hats off for preserving the carburettors, and going high tech on the ignition, and simplifying thing like the belt, and aircon pump.

Impressive and very professional, and not least treating this beautiful thing with care and respect.

    THUMBS UP!!!

  • This thing is music to my ears. Also according to the website, looks like the car is coming along just fine. Any updates there?

  • Sweet!! Go Lambo!!!!

  • this engine is beautiful and it sounds awesome

  • what is the horsepower output of this thing???

  • Did the headers have cracking? It looks like they have been welded. On a whole, very nice engine. :)

  • I can hear that dog in the background being very impressed at 8:13. :-)

    Thanks, nice video.

  • i hope them carbs don`t back fire good by beard nice engine

  • Actually I am offset to the right, though it does not look so....anyhow the ignition system does not advance the ignition until the engine is running at above 400rpm....

  • My....you would have to be dead confident of your timing settings, with your face right in-front of the carby throats!!!

  • Is that jesus ?

  • Very good job. Just building the engine stand is a big deal and very nicely done, It's a piece of art. Thanks for the post, and ggod luck.

  • that 1 dislike is the bro that wrecked the lambo nd was like "ahh this wont ever run, ill sell this bitch dirt cheap to someone dumb enough to think they can make it work." gets on youtube. "fuck."

  • 4:00 ITS ALIVE!!!!! What a nice engine sound! I really like it.

  • OUTSTANDING video! You really really bring the Lamborghini V12 to us.

  • the shifter is on the wrong end?

  • @sickasso72 : nope, this is not the Countach engine/gearbox assembly !

  • Nice work.

    Muy currao!

  • awesome. this guy seriously needs some ear muffs though!

  • @jlgroovetek : Too late !

  • It is being totally restored and upgraded, see link espadatechsite

  • what´s with the car? Isn´t it worth to restore a Lamborghini, no matter what its condition is like?

  • @DaBoogie049 : The car is being totally restored and upgraded, see link shown at the end of the video, espadatechsite

  • @DaBoogie049 no when a car is "totaled" the cost to fix the damage is more than it would be to just buy another one. therefor the car is relegated to a parts car.. otherwise known as JUNK

  • omg amazing! Piekny dzwiek! Muzyka dla uszu :)

  • pure music,,,bravo...

  • Lamborgini? ma dai...ma como cazz parli?

  • der iz no termastat here!!!

  • I need one of those for my vw bug! LOL. Great video, thanks!
