It's easy to sit at home, to watch them and to write devastating comments. These guys travelled to London, didn't really get a break, didn't know each other, had to sell a product they didn't know anything about and had a camera team following them around. That's pretty tough, so let's be fair!
I think Raef was very lucky to survive there, Alex made mistakes but spoke up for himself well, Nick and Raef really didnt do a good job of either the task or the boardroom

Nicholas should have been smart enough not to bring up education (and art for that matter) into the argument, as that would have definitely provoked Sir Alan. Also, being the one who pointed out the "bad leader" issue makes him look like an outsider.
Alex, should have been fired. As am ex-sales manager, he was a disaster. Low charisma, bad decisions, bad delegations. A disaster.
Sir Alan is only human, he isn't some form of ultimate justice. He fired Nicholas based on primitive human feelings of inferiority, wanting an educated A-student to get an F, when business-wise, Alex should have definitely been sacked.

I think Nicholas got fired because he was too educated for "Sir" Alan's liking. It is very obvious. Alan never got a proper education, and is "street smart". He hates people like Nicholas. The complex is so obvious. Nicholas was also fired because he couldn't put up a fight or a proper argument, I mean "multi-cultural and art loving" isn't a defense. By the way, these are not valid reasons for his firing. They are the reasons behind his firing.

I feel these apprentice are a joke, but the program remains excellent. The men seemed to be in their own fantastical world, so much so it makes me laugh.
