Leopaldon has to be one of the most fucked up bosses i've ever seen. Nothing can beat this... thing... in appearance and moves.

Sorry, but it seems I cannot help you. His Move List represents text as gibberish.
But if you have Fighter Factory you can look up his moves in Command file in his folder.
