Modern Japan is a delight - exciting, appealing and very safe. I've been there 4 times in the last 5 years and still want to go back.

I went back to Berlin in 2007, years since my last visit there, and found it even better than before. While I have no immediate plans to return to Europe, life is full of surprises.  I really used to love London.

My friends there are about your age and might enjoy showing you the parts of the city where each of them lives. I would also definitely recommend seeing Berlin's Zoo, one of the best in the world. It makes the big one in San Diego look small. And there is always a long line to visit the Reichstag.
