@lilcameron11 think of those gospel moves like this (say this in your head): UP Right UP Left UP Right UP Left (SWITCH) UP Left UP Right UP Left Up Right and each time you say "up" thats when the corresponding knee goes up. so on the first sequence of "Gospels" your left knee should be going up and you right hand should follow and on the second set of "Gospels" vice versa. i really hope this doesnt sound too confusing because i tried to simplify it the best way i could lol!!!
