These types of bands don't advocate or support communists. They criticize the government, but not openly(you know how China is). Punk in China is more of a underground scene.

My guess is they probably don't have a coherent political stance... if they did, the government would probably crack down on them. The only reason they can sing these songs is because they're not seriously advocating anarchy.
