  • I grew up next to the track Charging Charlie started out from. He battled Frank Kimmel's dad every weekend. Charlie did testing for Dale Earnhardt, and Charlie is one hell of a driver. I saw this and it made me feel ill, thank goodness they weren't killed. I used to marvel at Charlie and how so damn smooth he was, He'd ease up on your bumper and nudge ya and you wouldn't even feel it, he was like a liquid driver, unreal good.
