  • What's the name of the song?

  • Oh I have so much trouble with my fouttes. -_-

  • amazing. i wish i could be as good as you..

  • she's amazing.

  • wow u got mad talent

  • Beautifully done, very gifted dancer!

  • that hurts.. fouettes in point shoes. awesome.

  • cooli

  • Wow! You have no idea how much practice and skill it takes to do this. Love the turning and pointing.

  • holy COW!!!!!!

  • Overall very good :)

  • YAYS BLACK SWAN! Really amazing! She's the best at turns, and has such spirit. The most I can do is like, 5 or 6, and those aren't even good lol

  • Will someone post a video with the secret to fouettes? I have them in 2 of my recital dances and I'm the worst in the class!!! HELP!!

  • that was fierce!!! love her!

  • Spot faster. Spotting is really important.

These are amazing, i cant do fouettes...At all.

  • Black Swan Coda!

  • Are you sure? It sounds like Don Quixote to me.

  • Definitaly black swan. I just watched it...

  • yeh, its black swan, odile variation :)

    xxxx Me

  • its the coda from act III of swan lake

  • whoo go anaheim

    (i live there)

  • whoa those are FIERCE

i cant do that to save my life

  • I can do fouettes on flat. -the triple.

  • Go Swan Lake!

  • is she from in the spotlight in waldwick, nj? (obviously before she went to whatever ballet school she goes to) cuz shes wearing their leotard...i used to go there

  • please can someone gives me some advice for pirruettes in general???? i need help with it

  • Keep a high coupe or posse (depending on if your doing jazz or ballet pirrouettes), Hold your center, Try not to travel, and, SPOT. Spotting is the most important. This will help you get around.

BTW this girls fouttes were FEIRCE. Mine suck.

  • Also lift up. It can really help you if you adda another two or three.

Wow amazing fouettes. I'm still working on flat left ones. And their in my recital. lol pathetic compared to her amazing turns.

  • DO NOT BE SCARED!

  • I honestly dont think that spotting is what gets you around. Sure, it helps, but your back is what gets you around. Say if you're turning to the right, you want to think about bringing your left side around.

  • Trust your supporting leg and get on it. Point your foot in the air and turn it out. It might help.

    These are amazing!

  • dont hop. and shoulders back!

  • GREAT!

  • im going strive for that one day ^^

  • Fierce

  • Think like a pirouette, but open your leg to the front diagonal. Or that what my teacher tell's me and it works.

  • u still amaze me...how old r u?

  • she's my idol!

  • thats amazing!

  • Anybody have anyother tips when doin g fouettes?? I have been trying to do them for the past month and I only have them close on one side...

Great job with the fouettes! They look bee-you-tea-ful!

  • You are an inspiration!! they are the fastest pirouettes i have ever seen

  • that's awesome! ahaha. i can barely even do them on flat, and then our pointe teacher was like, "ok, foutte." and she just put on music and we had to do them haha. disastrous :]

  • Gorgeous. I am glad it doesn't look like you're a figure skater when you spot. Haha...I hate that. You have such a nice sturdy centre. Work Girl!

  • wow, probably the best ive seen in a while

  • is it harder to do fouettes en pointe?

i can almost do them not en pointe. [i'm starting pointe after christmas]

  • It is much harder to do them en pointe. I have been doing pointe for three years and I still don't have the strength in my ankles to do fouettes en pointe; I'm no weakling either. Please, for your safety, do not try them en pointe for a while yet. Keep praciticing though, and good luck!

  • Good for you that you're starting pointe after christmas!! I started pointe after christmas last year... Its fun but very hard work, and don't try anything risky en pointe!!

  • I agree with dansingajb, but once you get the strength and your balance correct.. its actully easier becuase there is less friction and u can turn easier with less force.

But go for it, because pirouetts come with technical ability, but also if mentally u trust urself to do it.. your body will answer =]

    much love

    xx

  • it is much harder to do them en pointe, as dansingajb stated. i have bein dancing en pointe for 6 years and i still have not completely mastered them, so i wouldn't try them until your instructor says you are prepared to do so. congratulations on starting after christmas though! i can ensure you that you will thoroughly enjoy it. good luck!

  • honestly no it isnt. you shouldnt try them if your new on point, because you dont have the proper strength in your ankles yet...but its actually easier. thats what my dance teacher said to me, so i tried them on point...turns out it was alot easier. but dont do them until you are ready, i almost broke my ankles cuz i did them to early. try them 1 at a time at the barre to start.

  • Where is this music from? I would like to get it if I can.

  • It's from the Black Swan Pas de Deux, by Tchaikovsky. The ballet is Swan Lake.

  • i wish i could do fouettes in my pointe shoes!

  • I really wish I could do these. I can't even do them in jazz shoes!

  • It may sound cliche, but practice and you'll get them eventually!

  • Thanks! : )

  • really good

  • Awesome!!! Gosh!!! :D

  • Bravo,Aria!!!:)

  • wow trippless every time!!! and on the right too lol .. im a left turner.. i can do them on the left

  • i can do that without pointe shoes!! =] im learning pointe this year!! =]

  • That was simply amazing.

  • damn!

  • amazing....

  • She's perfect!!!

  • she must get dizzy after a little while, but it's still amazing!!!

  • You don't get dizzy if you spot!

  • wow that was amazing.. how do you turn soo well consistintly? i have my good days and bad.

  • Do you have any tips for turning better? I need a little help!!

  • Squeeze...really hard, I did this part, with the 32 fouettes, I should know! Oh and you have to spot, plus relax, and yea squeeze! LOL!

  • well, hold your center strong is one. bring your back around in your turns, and turn out both legs. if you have trouble stopping, make sure you are turning out your standing leg and your working leg and that should help stop you. try to finish your pirouette up in passe instead of just going straight down to fifth or fourth.

  • i love professional ballet

    truely amazing
