Closed after the hurricanes in 2004 , the hotel was out of date with exterior corridor doors ,, hotel guests want interior hallways and doors now ... that's a problem that can't be fixed with a coat of paint ,, at the same time Disney was opening their own cut rate hotels within the park.. the land is worth about 500k/acre the building is worthless.

This was a hotel. I believe it closed around 2004 or 2005. It's very easy to find. They do have security there.
