This is awesome, a good alternative to RvB. But still doesn't make up for how bollocks this game is online...will never compare to the first one! I was thinking why don't they use Gears 1 as it's darker, grittier and just generally looks more classic gears. But then I realised they couldn't do the video as the first one doesn't have chainsaw duals...ahhh bliss! It reminded me of a better time before Nov 2008, and then I went and played Gears one and nailed people with a shotgun that works :D

Campaign maybe, but online play, connection, graphics and gun response is nowhere near as good as the first game. It is so obvious that they nerfed the shotty and sniper for gears 2 because people got so skilled with them in the first game that casual gamers could never win. That's why they changed the gameplay so dramatically for the second installment. It hasn't worked and epic have confirmed it! You clearly didn't get into the first game online or you would know this.
