This kit usually comes as a shell pack only, so no.

You will most likely have to buy a bass pedal. As for the tom clamp, I'm not dead certain, but it might come with the shells.

There's no pedal or hardware with the kit other than the tom arm and the floor tom legs

@RobinBeh The tom mount comes with it and the legs for the floor tom.  That's the only hardware this kit comes with because it's a shell pack. You'd have to buy a snare stand, bass drum pedal, h-hat stand, throne, and cymbal stand(s).

The kit sounds excellent, even with one ply batter heads (I'm still using the G1s it came with) however I think the hardware such as lugs and such is very cheap.

The heads for the toms and snare are actually good but I'd recommend a better bass drum head such as an EMAD.

they sell kits that say stuff like "yamaha jazz kit" and crap like that. basically kits that sound good lound or sound good at lower volumes. jazz is more lower volume type playing, you just gotta distinguish the two :D

It really depends on your budget.definetly go one of these kits, they are reasonably priced and are nice and warm toned, just like bonhams kits!

They are called Catalina Club Mods.

Otherwise if your just beginning id go for a pearl kit, they do some pretty good cheaps kits and sound good also.

im with you on the toms, but it really depends with the snare. different people tune them different ways to give them different sounds. ive seen videos with this same set, and the snare sounded awesome. if you have a snare that really gets on your nerves, and dont like it at all, a smart thing to do is to slap some duct tape over the head. it sounds retarted, and it looks kinda stupid, but trust me, it always sounds cool.

I use Audacity which you can download for free from their website. I basically sit my Audix D6 kick mic underneath my throne or somewhere close to the kick drum and the snare. I plug that into my computer. I then play the track in my headphones while running my digital camera a recording a track with the kick mic via Audacity. Then later in Audacity I compress/EQ/normalize the kick mic track and the digital camera audio (I can rip that from the vid file via Quick Time Pro).

After that I sync them with the audio from the track itself and adjust volume. You can play around with a lot of effects too if you like which are included in Audacity.

i have the same kit in the tattoo design, i got the bigger model though ( 22 x 20 bass, 12 x 10? and 16 x 14 toms, 14 x 6.5 snare), it sounds like your snare needs some tunning

Hey you´ll never get that snare tunned very well dude. I have the same kit and i ended up selling that snare and keeping the rest of the drums. I recomend the Evans EC2 on the toms and use the genera g1 as resonant, they´ll totally rawk!

The Export are great sets that sound awesome with good heads and tuning. With that in mind you should concentrate most of your funds on high-end cymbals. You can get cheap drums to sound good but you can not get cheap cymbals to do the the same.
