Yeah, I have seen accounts that has stolen pics or videos from other people. Some people think it's cool to repost other people's videos on their account. To me, that is pretty lame. If that person really liked the video so much, they would just add it to their favorites and watch it when they want. Stealing videos so that their channel get more hits is lame.
