When they say that Julian writes all the music, does that mean that he writes everything, Albert's and Nick's guitar parts, and the bass and drums and that the rest of the band only plays what he wrote!! that seems very odd.

no, he just writes a songtext and the band writes their ownguitar and drumparts, and then they mix it together, so the songtext doesn´t has any kind of relation to the musix, its just mixed together!
