@taledarkside I think to weld with propane, you need to augment it with a lot of pressurized oxygen. Jet fuel is very similar to diesel fuel, actually. Diesel fuel is FAR less explosive than propane, or even gasoline. I have personally thrown a lit cigarette into a bucket of diesel fuel, and it puts the cigarette out. Granted, it would burn like crazy, but it's a smoky, orange flame, not particularly hot.

yup, me being a pilot wouldn't know the exhaust temperature of my airplane. Propane comes from the same crude oil as jet fuel. Propane will melt the steel when it has a different burner on it.
I use a propane torch to weld metal.

@taledarkside I think to weld with propane, you need to augment it with a lot of pressurized oxygen. Jet fuel is very similar to diesel fuel, actually. Diesel fuel is FAR less explosive than propane, or even gasoline. I have personally thrown a lit cigarette into a bucket of diesel fuel, and it puts the cigarette out. Granted, it would burn like crazy, but it's a smoky, orange flame, not particularly hot.

@GGE47 I have been following this long before 911,OKC,the incident in Waco.Military weapons being used to police Americans is a violation of the Constitution,but that has never stopped them before.They are creating a police state in this country and when your testicles get groped by queers in the TSA,you'll know it.I just hope it isn't too late.When your dollars don't buy you enough grocerys,you'll know it.When you have to stop at checkpoints and show your papers,you'll know it.

no, it wasn't. It was a pre-existing group tribes who had been successfully fighting the Russians for a few years before we got involved. There name actually literally translates to somthing roughly meaning "Great Alliance of Tribes of the North" we just call them the Northern Alliance. The Taliban was a student organization that arouse in protest to this groups ties to the west. They fought a civil war over this.

@lfd0311 That may be technically true,but Karzai is a puppet put in charge.He used to work for Union 76 oil which is a part of Haliburton.Dick Cheney was temporaly the head of the Council on Foreign Relations.I've seen a video of him bragging about how he didn't mention it when he was running for reelecton to Congress.Why are we still there? Where is our victory?Same thing in Iraq.Reminds me of Vietnam.No win wars.Same thing in the Korean War.Al Quaeda is the least of my worries.

@GGE47 funny that once I point out how wrong you are about Al Qaeda, it becomes "the least of your worries". We didn't win in Vietnam and we aren't going to win in Iraq for the same reasons, we aren't really trying to win in the first place. We're too worried about political correctness. We're still in Iraq because if we were to leave, we'd be right back in 5 years deposing another leader whose hostile to us, which is probably going to end up happening anyway.
