    working out will remove body fat, but it will also add lean muscle mass. your weight may actually increase a little. don't worry about the # on the scale. focus on how well your clothes are fitting and how awesome you feel with your fit body.

  • I have severe water retention since my pregnancies!!! I carry prob like 10lbs of water around if not more! Once i my body ajusted more the water came off, not all but its a work in progress! It may take your body time wot ajust!! Plant Based Vegan is the healthies anyone can eat!!!

  • Hey i watched all three videos and girl you dont have much to loose!! I wish i was that small! LOL! anyways! go on youtube and research "Plant Based Diet"" thats what im doing and i have lost like 2pant sizes and lots of inches!! When you eat carbs make sure they are whole food carbs like whole grain!! Read your ingredients!! I am learning as i go! i watched a movie called "Forks Over Knives" and it changed my life! i am 40lbs over weight with a list of health issues!! ask my anything!!

  • Dont worry so much about your weight. So many factors like water retention, muscle growth, and time between meals can affect the number by 5 lbs. You have a good physique and measurements and BF percentage should be your main concern. Keep up the good work!

  • Seriously... Don't get down because you're gaining a little weight. Every time you work out, your muscles fill with blood and grow. Muscle weighs more than fat and you're not really fat to begin with so like some have said below, you're probably putting on a little muscle that you just don't notice yet. Another tip and it's working for me... I don't know what your bread intake is right now but if you're eating any kind of bread try stopping.

  • I hate it when that happens! Every time I have gotten into the 160's I always gain like 3 pounds.This time I will be aware and I am going to push through the 160's! Also, my body kind of hates exercise. I always gain weight when I exercise too. I am better off just eating healthy and staying relatively active by walking and stuff. Good luck!!

  • Too much cardio can trigger cortisol releases and make your body out of whack with hormonal imbalances causing you to hold onto weight. I am also struggling with a Thanksgiving gain which is so annoying because I had just broken through my barrier weight that I hadn't been able to get through for a while (past 122) and then I gained like 7-8 lbs, which could have a lot of water weight from the sugar and crap (way too much sugar and junk!).   • keep at it and your weight will drop soon, you sound really determined wich is good... I notice when im working out i gain about 10 or so pounds in muscle mayb your just toning up :)

    I want a 6pac by late feb too (im a guy but) :p
