  • I really need to improve my posture but it hurts me to keep my shoulders straight, I think because I have very large breasts. Sitting up straight gives me a bad back and feels strained. Is there anyway I can fix this?

    Shoulders back technique is great. However, a back exercise can be also good that FIXES bad postures.

    So you may want to show some back exercises (like cobra) to stabilize the back. And for those who are sitting on the computer all day.

    One can never have a strong abs, if one does not have a strong back.

    What the hell are you doing in this hotel room all by yourself anyway? :-)

  • Smart girl, as a physio, I can support what Andrea is saying. For your situation, and everyone else ideally, your best bet other than reduction surgery is to strengthen your upper back muscles so that they can support you. As we age we lose muscle bulk, 2% a year after age 25, so at age 50 we only have half the muscle we used to have when young. Good news- you can rebuild! resistance ex. will do it, search or join gym.

  • OK hears the thing I have terrible posture because I have a big chest and my body can't support them even when I have a bra on it dosen't help do you have any suggestions?
