The reason you cant find any is because they are not here. They are all illegal. Except its my understanding assisted knives are allowed. This is a ridiculous law, as 99% of all knife attacks are carried out with kitchen knives. You could apply for a prohibited knife licence, or you could just buy them from the internet i can tell you several places that will ship them here. And they will go straight through customs as I had 6 imported before i got my licence and not 1 package was intercepted

Thumb opening are legal as, you should find them in sports shops, spring assisted probably arnt in NZ but they are legal too. They have a thumb tab and when you flick it partialy open the spring takes over and does the rest.

By Allah! I could decapitate many infidels with these knives. I too have a great knife. It is called a Wiltshire staysharp and it would waste your knives in a fight. Some of those knives are plastic. I can tell because they are black, and everyone knows metal is shiny silver colour. My favourite ones are the ones shaped like hedge clippers. If I had a gun I could shoot your stabbing hand and you would drop your knife. Then I would strike you down and steal your cat

haha. yes the microtech is the most expensive knife here and I shelled out almost $800 NZD for that but the exchange rate has gotten much better as the USD has weakened so its a good time for me to buy knives. The protechs not cheap, but the extrema schrapnel is almost $300 USD and the benchmade bali cost me almost $200.
