Jaa zou ik heel erg fijn vinden ben er zelf ook mee bezig en vraag me best vaak af hoe een oefening dan pressies moet doen. Ik lees je beschrijvingen wel alleen is het toch altijd makkelijker als je het ziet en hoort :-)
