@awokai In Hyper Street Fighter 2 you can choose which SF2 version you want your character from and pit them against characters from other versions. I'm guessing O. Sagat would be Sagat with the original SF2 balance.

Different versions have sometimes completely different movesets, like Ryu only has his overhead/dash punch in turbo and super turbo, and the direction of the airborne tornado kick changes, and some he cant do it in the air at all.

@marymouse91 I believe, In the japanese version of the game Balrog is M. Bison, M, Bison is Vega, and Vega is Balrog. Capcom US changed the names in the US release, I believe. That's why some people refer to Vega as Claw, Bison as Dictator, and Balrog as Boxer. Just to avoid confusion.
