Your split backbend on the ground is interesting to look at (0:46). Most people bend more in the lower back. You bend almost exclusively in the upper back. Your shoulder and upper back flexiblity are good. Do you think the pole has helped with that?

Amazing...From being able to see the tips of your toes to being able to do a see the backs of your knees in just about two years. How does it feel to be able to do a headsit? Especially after such a short amount of time?

@sapphirecatzeye Do you find that feeling your bum resting on your head (or your feet flat on the floor, for that matter) makes it easier to motivate yourself to practice more, because you can "touch" the fruits of your labor, so to speak? It must be so satisfying to actually do that pose after all the hard work it took to get there...
Also, when you were first beginning to stretch regularly, could you grab both of your feet in a backbend at all? And could you actually see them?
You have come such a long way Steph. Your so awesome and a big inspiration to me. You show me no matter what your background is, experience or no, that you can achieve your goals if you set yourself to it :)
