  • Please give a tutorial on the up and under, I always seem to travel when I do it.

  • @jeromedavis21 This tutorial is due up in the next month or so and will be coupled with the Jump Hook!

  • What about a video on backing down and posting up if you're not as agile as the rest? Physical play can be really demoralizing, and I want to take advantage of my bulking up.

  • @jackcullen69 Backing the defensive player down is not the best way to beat them. Learn three or four post moves that will allow you to take advantage of their weaknesses. We will be posting additional post moves very soon.

  • lol what was that at the end??

  • @TheNotoriousEze just a fun outtake ;-)

  • @TheNotoriousEze Just letting off steam. Making these videos can be a little exhausting and a good laugh helps. Just us having a good time.

  • @ShotScience haha ok i wasnt sure...nah it was funny though

  • do the Dream shake

  • @vayahoo That is in our plans. Stay tuned.

  • Hey coach, is it always a good idea to take a shot down low at the post or should you pass it sometimes?

  • @NewTears1 The situation at the low lost should dictate what you do with the ball. Sometimes we are double teamed and we have to kick the ball outside for a better look. This doesn't have to happen every time you catch the ball however. Read the situation and then react.

  • @NewTears1 If you're against one defender it's usually best to take him on and shoot, but if you're double teamed, that means one of your teammates is open for a shot. Find him and pass it to him for the assist, unless you still feel you can score.

  • foot work for low post plz

  • @jasonbbb we will have more, but check out our video "Sealing in the Post!"

  • @jasonbbb We will be posting a number of post moves in the near futre which will focus on the footwork.

  • @jasonbbb You can always try and put your non-pivot foot behind their legs right as you turn to shoot. That prevents them from staying in front of you and blocking your shot, and in some cases, can make them fall down, leaving you a wide open layup.

  • can u do a videos abt post fadeaway would appreciate it very much

  • @MrHellhellhell We will probably not do any videos on the fade shot! It is a difficult shot with very low make percentages. We try to focus on solid moves that are productive. Sorry!

  • thanks dude, i went from almost getting cut to the best defender/ second string small forward! I really appreciate it!

  • @ezgnim Glad we could help. Hope you end up being the "Stud" on your team.

  • Hey coach when I try crossing over i can never get the defender to bite?

  • @24Thelakeshow24 you really have to work on "selling" the move. It involves using your eyes, body language, and explosive "plant-and-push" footwork. If you film yourself, we can take a look at it and try to help. Keep trying it though and you'll get better with experience!

  • Hey there are no videos on dunk mechanics or dunking drills to improve on youtube. I can jump high enough with hand wrist above the rim but just can't finish off the dunks

  • @Doinkatron we get this question a lot and might tackle it down the road. Thanks for the suggestion ;-)

  • Could you just do a vid with plenty of post moves in it like you did for finishes at the rim

  • @antoniowright0 We are planning to done other vids on our channel, but they will be individual moves.

  • Can you guys make a video on defending fast breaks?

  • @xTheLampMasterx We will put that into our enormous list of things to do.

  • DREAM SHAKE- HAKEEM OLAJUWON

  • @therealdeal3161 We have been considering this move for a while!

  • Man, i had to learn this the hard way. smh great video as always

  • @TheDamdavis yikes!! Wish we could have been there for you earlier!!

  • @ShotScience Yeah, well it's too late, what happen is I posted up too low and spent to the baseline but I was behind the basket so I chucked it up, of course it didn't go in but I tripped so bad that I fell into a lady in a conversation and knocked her drink in to her friends face. Thanks shotscience

  • Let's see... sky hook is done. Mikan drill is done. I need step back or fake hook moves like the turnaround or the leaner.

  • @TimHowardII we've got LOTS on the way ;-)

  • Up and under like Kevin mchale did :D

  • @snakebuddy1997 oh yeah, that's a good one ;-)

  • can you give me just a random defesive basketball.

  • @ShotScienceFan huh? Not sure what you mean.

  • Hey shot science, got any tips on defending post players? (defending them once they are already in the post with the ball)

  • @BToledo23 we will have some videos on this, but our best advice is to NOT let them get the ball in the first place! Once they already have the ball, stay on your feet and between the basket. In the post, you should also be getting secondary help from your teammates. Once your man gets the ball, they should collapse with some help D. Still, stay tuned for our videos!

  • hi team shot science i have a question about jumper's knee (patella tendonitis), do You know what is it and how to get rid of that :)....sorry for bad english :D

  • @MyLife471 we do know what it is and it is a bummer, but we are not doctors, so we can't give you medical advice. Definitely take it easy if it's painful though!

  • hey team shot science.I'm a 15 year old boy with the height of 5'0". Do you know dribble attacks to beat a defender. Thanks and more power!

  • i wanna ask a question. dou you have any tips for me to drive to the rim better? because i'm always afraid to drive in the game. i have pretty good jumpshot but i want to become a player that can shoot and drive so i just didn't rely too much with my jumpshot. Thanks :D
