  • they retire them after 10 years in canada and then they become spares for another 5 years.. kinda sad... i miss them!!!

  • I miss riding on the 1980's school buses I wish they were still in service but I guss they usually run them up from 10-25 years mostly 10-20 years only

  • gas engine I assume? probably a 366

  • @willDANCEforPENNIES, yes, that is the only gas engine in the bus fleet

  • '91! That's not all that old, we used to have '50s and '60s bedfords until they broke down

  • that is so cool :D I think our oldest bus is still from the 80's XD haha

  • @thowanwhitewolf unfortunately the oldest buses in my area are from 1999...

  • @thowanwhitewolf Same here. I've seen mostly as early as 1993, but I saw one 1987 Chevy Diesel 60 still in use

  • @aeastman16, long as they pass the state inspection, they still use it, will find out if this chevy still in service for the school daily run this for the 2011-2012 school year

  • @Eluthingol07, this bus has a wheelchair lift so it picks up handicapped poeple in wheelchairs and secure them to the empty space while sitting in their wheelchairs without getting off the wheelchair into the bus seat, saves tyhe hassle

  • Argh...I can hear lots of crickets... I'd love to drive a bus! XD Now there's enough room for mu stuff! XD
