The broadway version, vocally, is far superior. However -- Ellen Greene is, was, and will ALWAYS be Audrey to me and millions of others, squeaky off-pitch voice and all. And while many great broadway performers have portrayed Audrey over the years, Ellen actually WAS Audrey.
