Wrong.
No proof exists that HIV fulfills Koch's postulates. In order to fulfill them, one must use the same original culture to demonstrate presence in disease, isolation, reintroduction into a healthy host, disease in healthy host, and then subsequent isolation from that host. This has NEVER been done. In fact not even close.
As far as the Durban Declaration, that is nothing more than a bunch of industry-sponsored individuals voting on whether they think HIV causes AIDS. Science isn't consensus

I choose to be skeptical of such institutions.
I am not cynical to thousands or dissident researchers who risk their careers & courageously expose the scientific suppression & deception pushed on the gullible masses. Where we put our trust in, may cost us our lives.
