What exactly do you think the pyros' role is? Its not DPS since thats the heavies job, I don't think its attrition because bleed weapons do that ( < that was sad day for pyros). Not that I don't enjoy playing as him, I just wonder sometimes .

@MichaelxDavid well he is good for attrition, nothing is better than fire for that, bleed weapons only do so much. Really only coming from the scout since when do you see snipers or engineers running up to the front lines to hit people with their respective bleed weapons. Also don't forget pyro is the engineers best friend, with spy checking soldier rocket and demo grenade air blasting and the ability to completely neutralize an uber.

@hubuly his perfect also to counter uber briefly prefferably whilst a demo sets the sticky behind the enemy pair and pyro deflects them in it when the uber is about to be gone :D.But that requires competent teammates.

The most annoying thing is when a soldier has bad reflexes, and you airblast a bit too early, and then he fires. And no, it's not skill. 9/10 times (maybe bragging a little) I can still kill a soldier that does that, but I eat a rocket in the process.
