I grew up watching these, with Pokemon being first and Akira being last, and I have now come to love them. Again, Naruto is my favorite because it had a more emotional feeling to it and it reminds me a lot of Harry Potter.

I see Naruto as the "Harry Potter of the Far East" because of the similarities they share. I mean, both of the main characters grew up without parents, the Naruto jutsu are just as diverse and magnificient as the HP magic, there are snake-like villains (Voldy and Orochi), a smart girl who often guides the main character (Hermionie and Sakura), and both HP and Naruto first debuted....in the 90s.

Can YOU guys list some other similarities that HP and Naruto have...?

DBZ, One Piece, Bleach, FMA, Evangelion, Sailor Moon, Death Note, and all other excellent anime series are all not bad and are very detailed, but I will ALWAYS prefer Naruto because it is so detailed and creative in terms of story, setting, characters, plot, and many more (including music). It also very emotional, dramatic, and, despite it being fiction, feels very much real.

It is like the "Harry Potter of the Far East"!!!

While this one, provides characters to each and everyone out there, to reach out to them and feel what they feel. When I was little and I first saw Naruto, I instantly saw Sasuke as my favorite.
