J.S. Bach - Prelude in C Major BWV 939 ( Harpsichord version )

This was one of my first pieces to play for my teacher in school, nice! I have also played on one of these old instruments once, a harpsichord! It was really cool! :D

Oh!, this is quite unique! I see that the keys have less weight than in a piano, so it is played without the effort of moving the hammer mechanism of the piano.

Orgelpunkt in the low bass, followed by imitations, mordents and the cadence of the soprano voice. Sound is awesome and the mordents are very nice!

@toshiko2000 Thanks :) and I think there sure will be more :) ..I have anotherBach prepeared .. I will ask the teacher of this instrument once more, than she going to tune it for me and I may record ^^ very nice :D

@maaanny16 haha because the teachers on my music school are loveley :D :P whaha :) just ask and they find it ok ^^ :) really nice people there :) the teacher of the harpsichord even did tune it for me ^^ :)
