Naa Sharkies Cyclops dont count , But i would class Pipeline as a shorebreak some days, well anyway if you can surf any of these spots you have my respect, i still say Sandies rates number 1 as i have surfed shore breaks larger than that , i have never been so slammed as i was there. Remember more wheel chair victims then any break in the world , according to hospital records in Hawaii.

These waves are NASTY! I had no idea until I was at the top of one getting slammed head first with my feet straight up not knowing where in hell I was going to end up. That was the first time I went to Sandys in 1988 and was amazed at the power. I waded into the right side by the blowhole. Big mistake. These waves break hard right near the shore.
