Every tried driving an f1 car?. You should know those cars are extremely fraigile and hard to control. Hamilton probably tried to push his car for performance that didn't exist, resulting in the crash.
He managed the car fine in practice, He was up there setting decent laptimes. Thats why he was considered a possibility for a win. The car pretty much had the performance at monaco, as shown by kovalainen qualifying 7th (his best this year) which hamilton would surely have beaten, maybe gotten 4th or 5th if he hadn't gotten hotheaded and thrown it away. This is why he shouldn't have started off in a McLaren. He needed to LEARN first. 2009 will be a steep but necessary learning curve for him.

First off. Nobody deserves anything just because they've had their hardships -_- . Secondly brawn will be a 2nd class team next year after the competition has caught up. Red bull's already made vast improvements and are just as fast. Brawn/honda were able to develop their car long before anyone else thus the reason why they were so prepared this year. But Next year they won't be anything special and you can sob over buttons results again.

You're right, F1 is not about designing good looking cars, it is about function, but even still, compared to the last few years these are cars are atrocious looking, and that does take away from the sport. He managed the car fine in practice, He was up there setting decent laptimes. Thats why he was considered a possibility for a win. The car pretty much had the performance at monaco, as shown by kovalainen qualifying 7th (his best this year) which hamilton would surely have beaten, maybe gotten 4th or 5th if he hadn't gotten hotheaded and thrown it away. This is why he shouldn't have started off in a McLaren. He needed to LEARN first. 2009 will be a steep but necessary learning curve for him.

I think having lewis at the back is brillant, I dont think I've ever been more entertained in this sport than watching him handle a poor vehicle so well. Yo uonly have to look at his performance in Australia for that.

First off. Nobody deserves anything just because they've had their hardships -_- . Secondly brawn will be a 2nd class team next year after the competition has caught up. Red bull's already made vast improvements and are just as fast. Brawn/honda were able to develop their car long before anyone else thus the reason why they were so prepared this year. But Next year they won't be anything special and you can sob over buttons results again.

You're right, F1 is not about designing good looking cars, it is about function, but even still, compared to the last few years these are cars are atrocious looking, and that does take away from the sport. I think I remember hearing that the rear wing was designed to shoot the air higher so it wouldn't effect the car behind it so much, thus allowing more passing. It's ironic how all these new rules were to make the racing closer, and outta nowhere Jenson Button starts living up to his potential and is killing everybody else, but like you, I'll still watch.

But, on a serious note, Lewis finished 3rd in that race, with one of the worst McLarens I have ever seen. True, he had a bit of luck, but he was on course to finish at least 5th anyway, so you really should feel stupid now. That just proves how good a driver Hamilton is, and yet jealous pricks like you bring him and all his fans down, purely because he came into the sport, and was good instantly.
