The Govt/FDA needs to stop factory farming so those animals don't get sick. Since they are our main food source, of course we'll get sick from eating diseased animals.

Companies are putting profit before safety by cramming all those animals in tight spaces in farms. Selling cheaper beef/poultry and pork is of course good at first, but who are you gonna sue when you get sick from their food?or worse catch the flu that these companies help breed.

I'm just happy I'm a vegetarian and I only eat "cage free, vegetarian fed, certified HUMANE" eggs... and that's when I eat eggs (not often). Now this is not to tell anyone to be the same as me... I'm just glad I don't have to worry about catching this "bird flu" from what I eat, only other people. I do think though they need to change their ways, if not for the animals sakes than for the human races own health. This is not civilized, people!!!

As an Avian Biology major in one of the leading poultry departments of the South, I can sit back and laugh at this video. H5N1 was NOT originated from enclosed growout houses, especially those with tight biosecurity measures. It's the village chickens that are exposed to the environment and have close contact with humans that pose a threat to a possible pandemic... notice, "POSSIBLE" pandemic... there is no reason to stop eating chicken or to protest that chickens should be grown outdoors...

most modern vaccines are long term poisons, especially ones that are designed to be strong enough to combat bird flu. Tamiflu is a very very potent drug.

Apparently intravenous vitamin c has shown some surprisingly positive results, along with Hydrogen Peroxide.
