it's called a "deck squat," only taken to the extreme via the toe touch over your head...anyways, yeah...it ends up feeling like a "reverse burpee"

step 1. toe touch overhead
step 2. roll up onto feet in one smooth motion
step 3. stand ALL the way up (full hip and knee extension)
