Do you get to choose the kind of weapon you use? Like you can pick beetween axe, sword or mace, or something like that? I remember being told so, but I'm not quite sure.

You carry always your hidden blades, the hidden gun a long sword and a short sword, but also, you can take away the weapons of guards like axes and such.. You cant carry more than that

it's not 30 years it's 27. it states in the developer daiary #5 that the game starts in 1476 and ends in 1503.oh and it's from when he's 17 to when he´s 44. don't take this comment the wrong way ok, I'm just trying to inform people better. I hope this info helps out, thanks 4 the upload BTW.

Thats what I thought but recently they came out and let IGN and other such sites play the beginning of the game and the game actually starts when Ezio is a baby. which means at the end of the game he will be 27.

I think the one narrating is actually Ezio himself and that he was somewhere around his 20s when that happened spanning 30 years throughout his quest.

Oh, so it's probably an elderly Ezio describing his journey as a young person and how he became an assassin...I gotcha... The only other thing I could think of is that isn't Ezio, it's DaVinci narrating. Who knows...
