  • 6:13 you see clearly a bubble an Kong's rubber. This is why he cut it and turned it. All Chinese players do that.

  • No, he's not Zhang Jike. He is a 2nd-string member. I know him by look but not by name.

  • The other man is Li Ping.

  • The serve was never one of Kong's strengths...

  • lol at 00:56 zhang chao hits kongs serve with his left hand

  • Kong retired from active sports in 2005. That time Zhang Yike was a member of China's junior squad and not exercising services with Kong Linghui..;)

    That's Li Ping, for sure!

  • the opposite guy of kong failed in nearly 70% of his serves ^^

  • i think its a new serve that he is learning

  • @MrRothhaendle yes but if he hits the ball correctly, you'll have some hard time with that poisen spin in it..

  • outstanding!!

  • thanks for the video.

  • What on earth is the guy opposite Kong doing at 2:04? And then he proceeds to shake around the balls in the bucket...?

  • LOL

  • @taufoofar: probably throwing a bad ball to the bin. When you pick up lots of ball from the floor they tend to gather suprisingly much dirt and hair and all sorts of other nice surprices so he is probably making the dirt go to the bottom and therefore cleaning the balls a bit.

  • lmao

  • 0:56 another player randomly hits it for him. lol

  • it means ''hi dude''

    ^^

  • Oh, haha :D

  • very spin !! @ 4.40

  • Long pips are for chopping, not for serving. Kong wouldn't get half the spin he does here with long pips.

  • Looks more like Hao Shuai to me, but i could be wrong.

  • Maybe, but he was holding his racket in a penhold manner.

  • I was referring to the guy who hit back Kong's service effortlessly.

  • its wang hao!

  • Hao shuai

  • No,He is Hao Shuai

  • but it's the same video twice! watch this 00:42 and this 07:08 exactly the same

  • yes ;D ur right

  • yike has much cooler serves

  • the other guy(i think zhang jike)makes much better bservices

  • Are you sure that's Zhang Jike? Cos that guy was making so many mistakes, and he's rushing his services so much. And it doesn't really look like him. Kong's services are way better, in my opinion. More variety, and just cos the other guy's services bounce back, Kong's service looks more spinny.

  • its li ping i believe

  • @taufoofar You obviously don't understand the situation here. The guy is Li Ping. He is on the Chinese National First Team and is about as good as Chen Qi and Hao Shuai. In the video, he is trying to copy Kong's serve, and that's why he makes so many mistakes. In a real match, Li Ping has one of the best serves on the national team.

  • @taufoofar its not about how spinny ur serve is. in fact top world class players use no spin serves also. its more important how u follow up after u serve. ppl serve differently depending on their style of play and what their forte is in the game

  • @haydonlee93 I didn't say it's all about spin. I just said that balls that bounce back aren't necessarily spinnier than balls which don't.

  • other guy is li ping

  • nice, this video is great.

  • hey wingline2! nice work i see you in mytt!

  • Cool video there..... and lol, look at 0:56, makes his services look bad.
