Tommy rocks, but I've seen and met the new guy on drums. He's good. I do a drum cover of this song on my drumming video.

Tommy was fired because he lie to David. DC call him for record Good To Be Bad. Tommy was busy. David ask him if he was touring with John Sykes's Thin Lizzy, and Tommy said not. The big boss knew that it was a lie, and he fired him.

A roadie of WS told me that story. Too bad... Tommy is an amazing drummer, and his only bridge to the past of the band.

@stillofthenightcl he officially joined Thin Lizzy in the end of 07/early 08 didnt he? Frazier was in the band like a few months before good to be bad, so why would he call tommy for that?

Him (tommy) joining Thin Lizzy was official news long before good to be bad was recorded wasnt it?

It's a shame Tommy and Marco are not there anymore. Whitesnake was very close to being a Band again. No disrespect for Chris and Uriah. It will take time before they melt with the band. Unless they are fired before that:)

In fact, the biggest mistake David made was when he fired Ian Paice, Bernie Marsden and Neil Murray back in '81. Whitesnake ceased to be a real band by then.
