What noise cancelling Headphones from Dan? I've never heard of that make before anyway, my Mum and Dad have a very good Humax Foxsat Freesat+HDR Reciver and I have a Panasonic Freesat+HD one with built in Blu-ray Player and Recorder.

simple answer - NO

medium answer - No I'm like 90% sure it wont because as it states.... freesat hd recorder.

long answer - as above + try searching for a usb video capture card with google.... 'easy' something I think the brand is.

I kind of yawned when she said she was going to be using a photo negative converter, but when I thought about it I realised it would be a pretty good purchase. I have thousands of photo prints of family etc and most still have the negatives, this would be a great way to back them up in case of a fire or something. It would also be nice to have a digital copy, its more portable.

Thats on top of normal sky though, free-sat is free, we are paying £48 a month for sky HD.

I think (don't quote me on this) it's the first recording digi-box for free-sat which is freeview over satellite allowing for more channels and HD :-)
