Trust me folks when i say these are the FIRST 10weapons you get in the game... these guys are idiots... this is about 3% of the guns in the game... not to mention tonnes of stuff online and shitloads more vehicles including choppers, n just bonkers Vs' robots 2 control... its different .. but the BEST game for BOSS blokes.. the size and speed of which only seeing is beleiving... they MASSSIVE.

the weapons they picked are in most vets WORST list . seriously.

best weapon int he game.. Buster Grenade.. massive blast radious.. second most damaging.. rips through VS.. infantry and akrid alike.  your 3 starting nades will take out all 6 legs and a good chunk of health of the salamander boss in about 12 seconds.

GunBlade.. mass damage double melee attack that can kill L class akrid in 2-3 hits.

The Triseed is the best weapon in LP2. Well, its a VS but that is still a weapon. Oh yeah and it has big ass blades and infinate torpedos. Coolest thing is, most noobs have no fking idea where it is hidden so I can just run off to pick it up and watch their faces as I fly over their heads in a VS of pure Chuckitude. XD

(BTW, the Triseed is the badass one with 3 forms just incase you haven't a clue wtf i'm on about :D)

I really think they need to revisit this topic as in my experienced opinion at least in story mode almost every piece of the default kit is outperformed by one of the unlockable variants.

Also it's a real shame that not a single variant was listed as while some aren't the best in terms of stopping power they are really fun to play with.

With good skill, any weapon can be the best. I made my most kills with standard grenade1 in online rank matches. The best combo is Plasma Cannon SP with Injection Gun SP. By the way, I like kicking novices' asses. This guy is a completely Novice. lol

After all, some of these avatar models have open skin to the perils of their environment, and not just the special guys like Wesker. I'm going to assume there was some kind of shielding going on perhaps thus since they're expected to fight for a long period of time out there. Granted there was the shuttle where you flew out of the top during the story, but that was to be an unexpected situation and was a limited situation, and standard characters for the mission were covered up.

@mattaugamer there are many cool weapons in this game, like a nuke which is basically a huge missle that u can lock on a target or multiple targets and it goes high int he sky and just falls and dashes right into them it looks really cool to watch, there is a black hole VS which basically sucks in everything and there is a support weapon were u need more than 1 player to help where u can greate super nova's and huge fire balls and merging two vs's ir really cool it creates a lot of damage!

@LordMoebius apparently they didnt, because the shuriken is way better than the disc grenade, not only does it explode after a while, but when its on a vs or akrid, it does damage as long as its on the enemy, and rifle 2 shoots 5 shots instead of one, these guys are idiots, machinima has lost their touch
