Seen them over a dozen times growing up in the Bay Area in the late Seventies. It's hit or miss on Plant's voice even back then and the acoustics in the particular venue make a huge difference on the performance. They're a studio band and perfectionists at recording, but I kept coming back to see the men who made the magic and would hear the studio quality, in my head anyways. You can forgive a little pichy Plant for the magic that is Zepellin.
