Hi Sarah. I'm going to Disneyland in a week and I am also going to the American Girl store too!!! I am in a panic because I don't know which doll to get!!! I'm thinking of getting Julie but all of the reviews say that her hair falls out. One person even said that her head fell off!!! If so, I might be getting Kaya, but I'm worried that maybe her hair will be to hard to handle because it is sooo long!!! If they both aren't that good, I am consedering getting Kanani.

@emnal2000 this may be a little late, but i dont consider kaya. I think that her hair may be too hard to handle, because i have josefina and her hair is a few inches shorter than kaya's. and i have julie, and her hair doesnt fall out, if your not careful. and my julies doll's head didnt pop off, so your covered lol. hope this helped!

Hey um this is str4597 and I have this rlly cute hair style I made based off of a fishtails braid and pony tails so first u put the hair into two even ponytails but they have to be ponytails in the back and not sides. Then u fishtail them together, it's real easy an it's rlly cute to if u make a video on it can u say my name

I know how to do a basic braid but I can't French Braid because there is a few reasons why I can't.

1. I am not good at parting 3 strands of hair

2. It is tricky for me to get the pieces together

3. I can't see through my Kaya Dolls Black Hair to do French Braiding.

i have been french braiding sence i was 5, my cousin jenny showed me how to french braid on my grampas rocking horse's at chrismas 6 years ago. and thats when i learned to french braid.

i love doing french braids. i once put 102 small french braids in my felicity doll and she looked great.
