american idol is about vocals and originality....tatiana was ok....she wasnt great....but her and syesha both stayed true to themselves and their own voices....juss because syesha sounds like others dusnt mean shes not staying true to herself....besides her vocals well overdo tatianas originality....tatiana put 2 much into her performances making her voice sound shakey and ruining the song....she needs a vocal coach...while syeshas performances were almost effortless still w/ just enough emotion

I agree and for all the crying and hysterics I found Tatiana more genuinely likable and true to herself than Ms Mercado will ever be.

yes how happy i am for having sum1 feel the same way! syesha's performance myt be more of the better vocal showcase, but i only felt the passion and heart in tatiana's, making it miles and miles better.
