I started translating it, before I realized it was more or less a direct translation from English. Most of it don't even rhyme in Norwegian since its just straight translated. I wouldn't call this a parody, rather a tribute:)

I can't see or hear much of a parody here, the song is just a straigth forward translation of the original lyrics.

Paul Waaktaar was the lyricist anyway so it sort of belongs to both of the bands. Harald Zwart (One Night At McCool's) was the director of the A-ha video.

This is a band that mainly consists of Paul Waaktaar Savoy from a-ha and his wife Lauren Savoy

The 1st time i saw the original i have to admit it shocked me,scary! My older brother teased me by saying,"well a-ha is dead now", and that shook me up some more! This one is down right creepy,but well done. I don't speak norwegian,but find it fascinating.
