@hughesDV everyone does something for a reason, knowing the reason is usually what separates fact from conspiracy. From all Ive seen here is pretty much fact so .... As far as the "straight white man" theory goes, if you are a homosexual man of another race that is your right, don't make your sexuality public whether you're straight or gay . What happens when the "will of the people" violates part of the Constitution? Lets say the 14th amendment (No state shall deny its citizens equal protection...due process) and then "the people" say the state should only recognize marriages by straight people? Should the will of the people supersede the text of the Constitutional (original or amendment, it doesn't make a difference)
