  • @oxfordjasmine Could I use this to spot clean brushes? Thanks!

  • Love ur Accent! lol

  • Hello, this video is very helpful, I'm wondering if I can use this all over my face to get my makeup off, and then use a cleanser. I have oily acne prone skin by the way. Thank you!!

  • I can't find the glycerin and rosewater. Could I replace it with witch hazel that I use as a toner?

  • does it work with waterproof liquid eyeliner too??

  • awesome ^__^

  • Can you just use glycerin and not rosewater?

  • are u Indian jasmine, u look like punjabi, I really like ur tutorials, keep it up

  • Hi been to boots to find the glycerin and rosewater and I cant find it! Is it stocked with skincare or medicine? Thanks

  • @hev85 skin care near moisturisers etc normally on the bottom self. Clear bottle cream cap looks like it contains water. old skool packaging! it's there maybe not in small boots.

  • would olive oil work?

  • You can simply use a Q-tip and baby oil. -.- Much more simple.

  • Hi could you please tell me the toner recipe. I have bought a bottle of glycerin and a bottle of rose water. What ratio of each do i need to mix together.

Thank you for the great idea I hope it works for me

  • Hi, it's about 1/3 glycerine and 2/3 rose water. If it feels sticky then reduce the glycerine

  • well if it's underneath the lash line I mean like really close no lines yet honey. but dont use vaseline that causes milla . use a good eye cream and try not to tug.

  • what a great tutorial!! i have a question, i notice that i have one fine lines underneath my lower lashes where i dont like it at all. Is it normal or is there anything i can do about it?please help me.. by the way im only 20.

  • Tried this. it worked AMAZINGLY. Thank you so much.

  • What I love the most about this technique is that it seems even more gently to the eye area! Thank You!

  • AWESOME AWESOME AWSOME! I love this technique because is even more gently for the eye area.

  • the title is very modest hehe:P

  • Thanks for this tip! It really works on my waterproof mascara and makes my skin soft without making it sore like eye makeup removers.

  • Nice! I have a rosewater toner i almost threw out because of the smell, but now I have a use for it!

  • Oh wow, you look like Sarah Sidel from CSI!! (i don't know how to spell her last name, but doesn't she look like her?)

  • I've read online pros and cons for using baby oil to remove eye make up. Could you advise on this as not sure what to believe now! Thanks

    Ax

  • Hi Jasmine, ive been using simple eye make up remover n then i swap to No.7 eye make up remover since one month n now i can see fine lines under me eyes. well im gonna try the rose water glycerin. thx 4 this vid.

  • i used the glycerin and rose water from boots with baby oil,it removed all my eye make up with out any rubbing was impressed!!il be useing this from now on thanks!!!

  • i used the boots glycerin and rose water with baby oil,my make up came off with no rubbing!ill be useing this from now on!!thank you!!

  • My goodness! Thank you SO much for this tip. I went out today and bought the almond oil but couldnt find the rose water and glycerin so I used the Tomato Toner from Burts (I like the smell alot) and it worked wonders! A new favorite for me!

  • Thank you for this. I was on a lookout for a more natural way to take my makeup off but felt that using only baby oil might leave my skin oily and blemish prone. Will give this a try.

  • when you removed the makeup did that include mascara and liquid eyeliner? also cud i find the glycerine stuff in uperdrug. does it have alcohol in it because that wud poes a problem. contact me thru my hyperlink.^

  • where can you get the glycerin and rosewater stuff????

  • Boots and burts bees :)

  • i have been using this for the past 2 weeks and im very happy with the results not only did it get rid of my make up but it also purified my skin and helped with my blemishes :D THANK YOU

  • I've used this for the past two days and I have to say it's brilliant. I have some face wipes that I adore but this is so much better. Every bit of my waterproof mascara was removed. Not a panda eye in the morning either. Thanks for the info.

  • can u just use the oil and glycerin?

  • Great tips. :)

  • I use glycerin and rosewater (boots make) on my face, and I have really sensitive skin, and it feels wonderful, no itching, no dryness, and very soft afterwards, very very natural!

  • Fantastic, I have tried this tonight & I think it's a great way to remove eye makeup. Its so much better than my usual remover, it always makes my skin feel greasy after using it, but this didnt at all, felt so soft & clean! Thank you x

  • I've always used baby oil on its own to remove eye make up, but I'll give this a go :)

  • I'm going to try it with Jojoba oil and Rosewater. Do you think the Rosewater would be ok as I haven't managed to get hold of Glycerin and Rosewater yet.

  • The glycerin is important, you can buy it from most pharmacies and dilute it with water. The glycerin removes the oil which removes the make up.

  • I tried my local Holland and Barrett with no luck. I have notifced that screenface sell it so I might order if from there.

  • boots sell glycerin

  • Can i use body oil to put in it?

  • you've got beautiful hair! whats your hair care routine?

  • oil clogs pours

  • the rosewater and glycering prevents this.

  • Olive oil is the best way

  • I live in North America and I have never heard of glycerin and rose water toner. Where can I get that. If I can't then I'll use use plain baby oil. Thank you for posting this vid.

  • This is a great idea for the eyes. I have a questions, is soap and warm water ok as well? That's what I've been doing for years, and then just wiping off extra with vaseline.

  • Soap and water is ok, as long as it doesn't dry out your skin. I don't like vaseline so much as it doesn't dissolve make up as well as baby oil. Basically if it works for you then that's cool.

  • brilliant going to try this , :>)

  • hi Jasmine,How long does this keep for?

  • Ages! I'm not sure I use mine everyday so I get through it quickly. Make a little bottle full first and see how you go.

  • What a great simple idea. I will definitely be trying this. I hate using makeup remover.

  • Thanks so much Jasmine. I also have a problem with most eye make up removers so I will definitely try this.

  • This is great...I can't wait to try it! =)

  • Nice indeed; very useful.

  • I use raw organic coconut oil to remove makeup...it works really well without making me break out.

  • Absolutely amazing :) I am definately going to try this one. Thanks!!!

  • Sooo much better than the remover i use!

    Thanks a lot :) x

  • ok this might sound relli dumb... but what do you mean by 1 part oil how much is that???? i know it sounds relli dumb buh i wanna give it a try cus it looks relli effective

  • Don't be silly, it's not dumb to ask questions! take an egg cup or something small like that, fill with the oil. Put that in your empty bottle, then fill the egg cup with toner and add it to the bottle, then another egg cup of toner, that's 1 part oil and two parts toner. Sorry I should have explained better in the video, hope that helps.

  • I'm so glad u made this video... Hate using make-up remover too much .. all of them make my skin burn..

  • This is a really good idea. Makeup remover makes my eyelids flake, so I'd like to get around to trying this. Bath and Body Works now has a rosewater toner---I don't know what's all in it, but I happened to notice it the other day.

  • gr8 vid :D

  • thanks this was quite useful

  • Thank you SO MUCH for this! Really useful, will definitely get some of the toner and give it a shot!

  • brilliant video jas going to make some of this looks really good x

  • wow that's amazing!!!!

  • Hey Jas,

Just one question..can this be used all over the face as well? or is it just for the eyes? and...I have really oily skin..If I do use this all over my face, will it result in a massive pimple breakout??

  • It can be used all over the face, shifts almost anything and shouldn't leave too much oil behind because the toner removes a lot of it. If it feels too greasy on your face, sweep some toner over to remove the excess.

  • Hey there just wondering what does that special water contain?? and what does it actually do

  • Glycerin is gentle and moisturising, unlike most alcohol based toners that strip the skin and leave it sore in my case.
