I did when to buy this guitar but they haven't on stock any more so they told me that i have to place an order so that way i can have it but on the store that i use to buy my guitars i can use them fist & i can see quality & sound so i was thinking if do you can help me on this making a short video showing you guitar :) I would like to see thick the body is , the pre-amp & the thicker of the neck because on the description for this guitar said that the neck as being narrowed can you help me.
@rhdtv2002 Thank you! Yeah, this is actually just a compilation of several videos i found and taught myself, most of them claiming to be "Malaguena"... A few of the strumming styles I threw in there just for funzies though
look man, i'm a rookie, and buy brother left behind his guitar for me. this was his favorite song to play, and i'll give the world to find out how to play, at least where you got the tabs?
For this price range of nylon-strings, it is the only one that I could find that was made of koa. It is an Ibanez, which isn't very well known for it's quality. However, when this guitar is plugged into an acoustic amp, it sounds amazing.
My only complaint is that it is a thinbody guitar and when you are playing acoustically, it doesn't produce quite as much volume as a regular-size guitar would.
@KillerOfBlueberries Would you recommend this guitar to someone with big hands? ...cause I have big hands... I tryed it out at my local Sam Ash and I liked it, but I'm still not sure.
And, in terms of being over bass-y, Most koa will not have as trebley a tone as a spruce/rosewood guitar. The Ibanez that I have doesn't have a very powerful treble, but has a strong mid range. The bass is more powerful than the treble, but not by much.
Also, with this guitar being a thinbody/cutaway/pickup guitar, it's basically begging to be hooked up into an acoustic amp. The preamp is more than enough to set bass/treble/mid to whatever settings you prefer.
Well, the next Koa classical guitar that you could get would be a Cordoba for about $1000 I believe. If you wanna' spend that much, I'd go with the Cordoba, because they have better quality overall. It's not a thinbody though, and I haven't experienced it in-person.
I can tell you're a serious guitarist, though. I noticed that on the inside of my guitar, the bracing was not sanded very well and there's actually a fairly large splinter sticking out of it. (Shows lack of quality in Ibanez)
It's made of Koa, so that's a really big plus in terms of tone as well as looks. It's a beautiful instrument. It's pickup is pretty good, and the action is great.
The only problems/let-downs I found:
-It's a thin-body guitar, which means that it is not able to get the depth or volume of sound that a regular classical can achieve. It's tone is still good, though.
-It buzzes at the 3rd/4th fret sometimes, and the tie-block seems to rattle at times when I strum hard.
Also, I didn't get the impression that it was made with very good quality (Like Taylor guitars). The guitar is made in China, and Ibanez isn't exactly known well for it's acoustics. I was able to find this guitar for around $370, though. Comparing it with other guitars around that price range, this is definitely the best.

Thanks for the help bro
I saw the thinner body and I kind of liked that
I def wanted a Koa guitar and this would fit that bill
I'll goto GC and check it out today
I don't like some classicals because they sound over bass-y to me and loose that clarity
does this have a little more?
i have a taylor 314ce and love it.. but 1600 vs 600 no doubt theres a difference
ps - i read about some other people having fret buzz there.. they said they took it to a shop and are good again (so if u want to..)
