Wow! I can't believe that no one told you about depression after heart surgery. I actually considered writing to you after I saw your last video about what to expect mentally afterwards, but thought you would have been told about it already! I would honestly like to hear more on your surgery, but only if you are comfortable sharing it. You're looking fabulous, anyway!

Lauren, Im so glad 2 hear that ur doing well. I need ur advice, Ive been over doing it with lax for almost 2 yrs now & Im having a hard time getting off them & going 2 the bathroom on my own- I dont want 2 go 2 the DRS or anything I want 2 do this on my own-I dont want 2 do anymore damage. Thats 1 problem I dont need.. I mean I have an ED but I dont want 2 make it worse. I hope u can help .If u dont feel comfortable with the question & dont want 2 answer I total understand! Melissa xox

oh and..Im so jealous of where u live! :) CONGRATS on the art show! Thats wonderful! I hope to be able to do the same one day.. and on the steps and 90 days. The cutting is soo hard to get rid of! U will get there hun.. its a copin mechanism and u just need to find that thing thatl take over from it! Good luck and stay safe ok.. i know its hard! <3 thinkin of u
Im glad to see ur back hun but im so sorry bout ur heart surgery! I know how hard it is after surgery and being so depressed u dont wana get up nor see a point of living.. YAY U saying Fuck This! cos thats wat we all need to do! Its the same for me bout eating.. feelng like im binging but its totally normal! But yeh the mental part is exhausting and so hard! That takes so much strength! UR an inspiration really! Good luck keeping everything going and positive.. u will get to that total freedom!

As a survivor of open heart surgery, I understand the depression part of it. What kind of heart surgery did you have? was it a valve? or something else?

I hope you hav the best money can buy, because u deserve it!...Hav you gotten through that depression? I hope so and if not don't hesitate to take med for it. You seem possitive about your life. Really glad you posted a new vlog. Sorry the surgery didnt go as planned though. I always try to think that everything works out as its intended to, and even when things can wrong thats how its meant to be..thats how we grow.
