Gosh I miss how the WWE was back then. During this time the fans were far more into each and every match no matter whether it was the mid carders or the main eventers, and every single wrestler gave their all in every match, and the storylines dragged you in, and made you wanting more, and you looked forward to seeing every RAW and SmackDown every week, and even Heat. Once the WWE went to PG rating they lost what made them so awesome to watch for many years, and its like a soap opera now.

I think the WWE should look at this clip and realize that Lawler is a much better heel backer than Cole. I miss this era too, but I don't blame the current performers for how things are today. The storylines are awful, and they rely way too much on PPV's. They had lightning in a bottle for a while, and milked it for all it was worth. Be happy that it was as good as it was. Most TV shows don't even last a season.

@Houseguy2 I'm glad I was watching wrestling during that era, and I wish the WWE could be like it was before. During this time the matches were much better, they had better wrestlers, and the storylines dragged you into it and got your attention and wanted you to see the match that much more. Plus the crowds were more into each match because the wrestlers always gave their all to entertain the crowd. Nowadays the storylines are just like soap operas, and its not as good anymore.
