@waqasidrees100 my dear frnd in 1948 its pak backed forces which entered kasmir to capture and accede it to pakistan,at that time kasmir was not part of india,india sent its forces only when pak forces reached srinagar and the then maharajah of kasmir requested india to interefe,its when india used its forces and pushed pak forces to present day LOC that azad kashmir was formed,u need to learn history rather than giving twisted facts..

Pakistan launched attack on kashmir on 22nd october 1947 ur forces faught with 100 men of kashmiri state forces
and occupied a large part of kashmir
later on on 26th october Kashmir sighned and accepted india's soverignity
then only indian army interrupted bt till then pakistani were very near to kashmir.. and no more land then that ws possible for Pakistani forces.
