I think you should create an association because you'd be running the plays for each player and its a lot more exciting. When you use plays in my player it lowers the pace since the computer usually runs plays for players other than yourself at least until you get better.

dam it sucks hat your coming off the bench for the wizards, i play for the rockets and we are having a great season so far, but i had the same problem, i was 6th man behind kevin martin, just recently worked my way into the starting lineup though averaging 24 ppg as a 3pt specialist at the 2 guard.

Hey a tip you might think is dumb or something like that is you can go into practice mode, run plays and learn the good ones so when your guy is good you can know what play to use in clutch situation

Nba2k12 is a really great game and I love follwing this series. I've gotten my player to 71 ovr now and im almost finished with my rookie season and still loving the game. Cant wait to make more money so I can afford some of the traning camps etc. Great job with all your series btw ! :]
