I'm not a Chelsea fan by any stretch, but they deserved to advance. If the ref did his job, the score would have been 3-1 Chelsea with 22 men on the field at the last whistle.

Exactly I agree, hindsight is a great thing but like you say those penalty claims were dubious although I do sympathise at the stone waller of a handball. The moral of the story is that Dogbag is a big lad.....stay on your feet!! Chelsea fans you may find that a. the big lump scores more goals and b. you may find more sympathisers. On saying that though the best team over the 2 legs did win and its about time that your team shows more class in terms of attitude and discipline like Lampard

Give over!!, bad decisions were made on both sides. Those penalty claims?, how many wud be given in the premiership?, the first 1 wudnt have been given in sunday league, the last one hit him in the arm pit when he was 3 foot off the ground with his back turned, if it didnt hit him, it was flying over the bar. Drogbas foul?, it took replays to see the contact and if he wasnt such a diving cheat then he wud have got the benefit of the doubt. Pique handball was the only clear penalty.

guys I get what you are saying but lets be fair about this...yes Chelsea were VERY unlucky with the decisions no one can argue with that...however Drogba is a bit of a naughty boy and does have a rep for going down far too easily..I hate to say it but he reaps what he sows and I am sure that Chelsea would have got some decision if it was not for his constant over reacting to challenges. I feel soory for his team mates who have been let down by his constant play acting over the years

But im also a referee, and i know that yes it was hand ball. but the way the ballack handled it at the time was a disgrace... referee's make mistakes... drogba had dived earlier in the game to get Abidal a red card, correct me if im wrong.

Respect is not a gift IMO, it is something you earn, and with that terrible performance from the ref, how are they supposed to earn respect from the players. Its a two way thing, refs shouldn't be as untouchable as they are.

I'm not sure if you noticed but during the whole match we only one decision go our way which was the sending off, none of the FOUR, yes FOUR penalty appeals, when at least 2 were so blatant my nan could've spotted them, its a complete fix, UEFA didnt want another all english final for the 2nd year running, it would show how bad every other european team is compared to the english ones, they they obviously paid the ref to be bias towards barca and then make us lose the game, chelsea were robbed.

its funny how ive seen no chelsea supporters say something smart.. its always been copying of other people saying "no decisions went our way" etc all that shit... the red card actually wasnt a red card. but everyone makes mistakes.
but if i see a non chelsea supporter say something smart about the game being "fixed" then okay, in the mean time.. all it is, is spiteful bad dignity from the chelsea point of view.

the other handball is wery hard to judge wether the defender uses his hand activly to block the ball. the hand contact is there but it doesnt seem intended and its not a unnatural possition of the hand. so its a both way situation and the judge has to act fast..
but 2 dives.. seriuslly... chelsea is a bunch of cheaters and that kind of play isnt worthy of a UCL final. my oppinion!
