I agree problem with Pak is it is stated as a muslim state but also that it was under military rule. Pak gov could detain anyone without media getting access or reporting it. They had also detained Dr Safdar and many others, and practiced barbaric totures. Where did you get that Hindus are paying Jizya currently in Pakistan? Jizya is a tax ordained under Sharia system (with khalifa) which is to act as a substitute for Zaka (which the muslims have to pay), nothing such exist in Pak now. As for Taliban terrorists, they hardly represent pakistani goverment; they prosecute pakistani musims more than the hindus, and are actively prosecuted by Army.
